A company is looking for a Technical Team Lead to provide guidance and support to service technicians while driving customer service and team KPIs.
Key Responsibilities
Act as the primary contact for technician questions and issues
Monitor communication channels to ensure technicians receive support for ticket resolution
Manage high-priority escalations and maintain robust communication with customers and management
Required Qualifications
Knowledge of PC hardware installation, repair, testing, and troubleshooting
Experience in scripting within a Windows environment
Familiarity with Microsoft Windows and Office applications
1-2 years of leadership and training experience in an IT environment; MSP experience preferred
Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or Computer Science is preferred
