Application Developer II

Tucson, AZ | On-site

What you'll do

  • Analyze, design, and implement improvements to business systems and processes
  • Partner with stakeholders across operations, finance, and manufacturing to document requirements
  • Translate business needs into clear functional system requirements
  • Configure, test, and deploy ERP enhancements, upgrades, and new modules
  • Lead user acceptance testing to ensure systems meet business expectations
  • Provide training, documentation, and ongoing support to end users
  • Support data migration, reporting, and dashboard development using SQL, SSRS, or Power BI
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to guide system and process decisions
  • Provide technical support for ERP issues, reports, and related applications
  • May lead small project teams or workstreams

What we're looking for

  • U.S. Citizenship required
  • Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Business, or related field
  • 2 years of experience as an Application Developer or similar role
  • Strong working knowledge of C# and .NET
  • General familiarity with Windows Server environments
  • Solid understanding of business processes in operations, finance, or manufacturing
  • Experience working with ERP systems, ideally Infor CloudSuite Industrial / SyteLine
  • Ability to gather requirements, map processes, and create clear documentation
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Comfortable explaining technical concepts to non-technical teams
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work both independently and collaboratively

    • Preferred experience

  • 3–5 years in application development or ERP implementation / support
  • Advanced experience with Infor CloudSuite Industrial (SyteLine)
  • Working knowledge of SQL for data extraction and manipulation
  • Experience in manufacturing or aerospace environments
  • Familiarity with Power BI, Tableau, or similar tools
  • Knowledge of ITIL or other service management frameworks
  • Experience with system integrations, APIs, or middleware
  • Certifications such as CBAP or ERP-related credentials
