About the Role:
Jedson Engineering is seeking a Senior Civil Engineer. This position will play a key role in delivering civil and site design solutions for industrial projects across multiple sectors. The ideal candidate will bring strong technical skills, leadership capabilities, and extensive experience with AutoCAD Civil 3D.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and execute civil-site design projects individually or through small teams.
• Strong design skills in planning, site layout, grading, roadways, utilities, and erosion control (rail design a plus).
• Develop design drawings, calculations, specifications, quantity take-offs, and reports.
• Oversee project deliverables to ensure quality, accuracy, and compliance with applicable standards.
• Collaborate with multi-discipline engineering teams – project managers, structural, architectural, process, mechanical, etc.
• Support proposal development, scope definition, and project planning efforts.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering.
• Professional Engineer Licensure, with ability to obtain reciprocity as needed for projects.
• Relevant civil-site design experience, preferably in the industrial sector.
• Strong proficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D is required.
• Demonstrated experience leading design efforts and coordinating with clients.
• Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
