Key Responsibilities
Lead consultative intro calls with parents and students to understand their goals and recommend appropriate programs
Manage relationships with prospective students and families throughout the enrollment process, ensuring a positive experience
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance customer experience and provide feedback on market trends
Required Qualifications
3-5 years of experience in inbound sales within a service-oriented or consultative environment
Proven success in selling premium service packages with a track record of exceeding sales targets
Strong CRM proficiency, preferably in HubSpot or similar tools
Experience with data and reporting, including proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets
Prior experience in education, admissions, or academic consulting sales is a plus
