Junior Collection Associate

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Junior Collection Associate who is responsible for managing and collecting receivables from assigned accounts while maintaining strong relationships with customers and internal teams. The ideal candidate will possess a customer-first mindset, excellent communication skills, and a strong interest in learning the nuances of the collections and factoring industries. This position plays a key role in supporting the overall cash flow and financial health of the organization by ensuring timely payments and resolving any billing discrepancies or disputes.

REQUIREMENTS

• 1-3 years of experience in collections or managing accounts receivable
• Strong communication and follow-up skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
• Demonstrated customer service orientation and ability to build positive relationships
• Basic understanding of accounts receivable processes, billing, and payment applications
• Team player with a willingness to learn and support colleagues as needed
• Interest in developing knowledge of the factoring industry, including eligibility, disputes, and adjustments
