Associate Program Manager – Marketing & Menu Operations (Contract)

Location : Orange County, CA

Hybrid : Tues–Thurs Onsite

1-Year Contract (extension possible)

Pay : $45 / hour (w2) - THIS IS AN ASSOCIATE LEVEL ROLE

We're hiring an Associate Program Manager to support a fast-growing, trend-forward brand. This role is perfect for a PM who thrives in fast-paced, cross-functional environments , enjoys driving clarity across teams , and is excited to make an immediate impact

What You'll Do :

  • Lead and support project workstreams across Marketing, Menu, Digital, Insights, Operations, and Finance
  • Partner across teams to plan, execute, and track key initiatives , including new platform launches and marketing campaigns
  • Manage stakeholder meetings, drive deadlines , and proactively identify and resolve blockers
  • Support operational workflows as needed, helping stabilize processes and documentation
  • Contribute to building standard ways of working, dashboards, and program updates for leadership

What We're Looking For :

  • 3–5+ years of project / program management experience
  • Strong cross-functional coordination and workstream leadership
  • Excellent communication skills; confident presenting to leadership
  • Thrives in fast-moving, high-energy environments
  • QSR, CPG, or retail experience a strong plus
