What You’ll Do:
Lead the tax compliance process for real estate partnerships, ensuring excellence across federal and state returns.
Take the stage with clients — deliver proactive communication, insight, and solutions that exceed expectations.
Manage financial performance, engagements, and client relationships with confidence and precision.
Mentor, coach, and elevate the next generation of tax professionals within your team.

What We’re Looking For:
BA/BS in Accounting + CPA required.
9+ years of progressive public accounting experience with strong real estate/partnership expertise.
2+ years leading tax management teams.
A natural communicator with presence — able to inspire confidence, hold attention, and lead client conversations with authority.
Strong problem-solving, analytical, and leadership skills with a track record of delivering results.
