Description

The Chief Radiation Therapist (CRTT) is a licensed professional that is responsible for the overall supervision of the department's Radiation Therapists and students from affiliated educational programs. The CRTT takes direction from radiation oncology departmental leadership to ensure high clinical standards and continuity of care. The CRTT is responsible for staff development, assists with program development, and performs varied administrative tasks as assigned by radiation oncology departmental leadership. The CRTT is competent in technique and theory, with a broadened knowledge base in the management of Radiation Oncology patients. The CRTT acts as a senior resource and is available to coordinate departmental activities under emergent or unusual situations, ensures optimal utilization of resources, service delivery, and compliance with external review agency requirements. The CRTT demonstrates fiscal responsibility in the allocation of available resources to promote efficient, effective, safe, and compassionate care. The CRTT supports BHSF Service Excellence philosophy and collaborates with leadership to support the Mission and Vision of the entity and department. Estimated salary range for this position is $105647.55 - $137341.82 / year depending on experience.
