Java Backend Developer

A company is looking for a Java Backend Developer to join a high-impact team focused on building and expanding mobile application backend services.

Key Responsibilities

Design, build, and deploy robust APIs and endpoints within a production environment

Extend and optimize backend architecture to support mobile application requirements

Maintain and scale services within an AWS-native environment, utilizing Elastic Beanstalk and RDS

Required Qualifications

4-8 years of modern backend development experience, specifically with Java and Kotlin

Proven ability to stand up production endpoints and manage the full lifecycle of a backend service

Familiarity with frameworks such as Ktor and Liquibase for database migrations

Professional experience with AWS (Elastic Beanstalk, Lambda, RDS / Postgres)

Comfortable collaborating in a fast-paced environment and articulating technical solutions
