Home Health Registered Nurse (RN)
Location: Pinellas County & West Pasco County
Employer: Aspire Healthcare
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM, with on-call rotation (1 week every 5–6 weeks)

Position Overview:
Aspire Healthcare is seeking an experienced and compassionate Home Health Registered Nurse to join our team in Pinellas County and West Pasco County. The RN will provide high-quality, patient-centered care in the comfort of patients’ homes, ensuring safe, effective, and timely clinical services. This role requires strong clinical judgment, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently.

Responsibilities:

• Perform skilled nursing visits in patients’ homes (average of 5–6 visits per day).

• Conduct thorough patient assessments and develop individualized care plans.

• Administer treatments and medications as prescribed.

• Collaborate with physicians, therapists, and other healthcare team members to ensure coordinated care.

• Educate patients and families on disease processes, medications, and self-care techniques.

• Document all patient interactions accurately and promptly according to regulatory and company standards.

• Participate in the on-call rotation (approximately once every 5–6 weeks).

Compensation & Benefits:

• Salary Range: $70,000–$75,000 annually, depending on experience

• Additional Pay: Per-visit compensation

• Car Allowance: $0.50 per mile

Qualifications:

• Current RN license in the state of Florida

• Minimum of two years of experience in the nursing profession.

• Strong clinical assessment and organizational skills

• Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license
