What You’ll Do :
Own the end-to-end production process for digital content—from ideation and planning to shooting, editing, and delivery
Manage multiple projects simultaneously with clear timelines, attention to detail, and strong organizational skills
Produce engaging digital and social content including short-form videos, UGC-style clips, how-to recipe videos, and stills
Adapt content across platforms including Reels, Stories, TikTok, websites, and digital shelf formats
Create fast-turn, trend-driven content that responds to real-time marketing moments and seasonal opportunities
Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors, content creators, and influencers to bring content to life
Deliver scrappy, authentic-looking content that feels native to each platform (e.g. Pinterest, Instagram, TikTok)
Develop content for eComm and digital shelf : product pages, banners, lifestyle images and explainer videos
Support the Lead Producer on larger-scale productions, including pre-production planning, on-set execution, and post production
Learn performance and apply learnings to continuously improve future content
Partner with cross-functional stakeholders (Brand Marketing, Integrated Insights, Integrated Marketing) to align content with brand strategy

What you bring to the table... (Required Skills)
Minimum 4 years of experience in digital content creation or social media production
High school diploma required.
Strong mobile-first shooting and editing skills (e.g., CapCut, Adobe Rush, Splice)
Proven ability to manage content from concept through delivery across formats and platforms
Exceptional storytelling instincts and a passion for emotionally resonant content
Excellent project management and organizational skills
Experience creating content for Instagram, TikTok, YouTube Shorts, and Pinterest
Familiarity with eCommerce content standards and platform best practices (Amazon, Instacart, DTC)
Ability to work independently and collaboratively to develop creative solutions
Strong communication skills for cross-functional collaboration

Bachelor's Degree a plus
Experience with food styling
Familiarity with AI content tools
Skills in digital asset optimization
Compensation and Benefits :
The target base salary range for this full-time, salaried position is between
$81,300-$116,800
Individual base pay depends on work location and additional factors such as experience, job-related skills, and relevant education or training. Total pay may include other forms of compensation. In addition, we offer competitive health, dental, 401k and wellness benefits beginning on the first day of employment.
