[job_card.job_description]10+ years of professional IT experience, with at least 5+ years in an MSP environment. Expertise in Microsoft 365 , AWS , and Azure cloud platforms, including migrations and new setups. Extensive hands-on experience with Windows Server deployments and cloud infrastructure design . In depth knowledge and experience with various networking technologies and practices (firewalls, routing, switching, QOS, VLAN). Experience with SharePoint troubleshooting and migrations . Proficiency in virtualization technologies (Hyper-V, VMware). Knowledge and experience with a wide range of security tools and compliance frameworks Experience with web hosting , CMS, and web maintenance is a plus. Bachelors degree in IT or related fields or certifications (Microsoft, Cisco, AWS, etc.) preferred but not required. Strong problem-solving skills with a proactive attitude towards customer satisfaction. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work with clients, vendors, and internal teams. Proven ability to document and notate extensively , ensuring clarity, accuracy, and thoroughness in all technical documentation and end user communications Ability to adapt to new technologies and continuously improve skills. Experience in a consulting environment is preferred. Must have a valid drivers license and reliable transportation for periodic travel to client locations in Corona, CA. Must be able to pass background checks and pre-employment assessments. Competitive salary of $80k to $95k based on experience. Health, dental, and vision insurance. We pride ourselves on delivering proactive technology services and building strong, lasting relationships with our clients. Were looking for a Senior MSP Engineer to join our dynamic team and take the lead in providing high-level technical support and solutions for our customers.
Position Overview :
This is a hybrid position, requiring occasional in-person meetings in Corona, CA. As a Senior MSP Engineer, you will design, implement, and support IT infrastructure for our clients, handling complex technical challenges and leading projects to successful completion. You will also guide and mentor junior team members, ensuring that solutions are aligned with client business needs. Key Responsibilities :
- Design and implement Microsoft infrastructure and cloud computing services such Microsoft 365 and AWS.
- Deliver solutions that meet customer business requirements, while discussing associated benefits and risks.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key technical contacts within customer accounts, becoming a trusted adviser.
- Collaborate with project coordinators to ensure successful completion of projects, including migrations, upgrades, and new deployments.
- Deploy and manage Windows Server environments , ensuring secure, reliable, and scalable infrastructure.
- Lead Microsoft 365 and AWS Migrations from outdated on-premises configurations to cloud-based systems.
- Configure and maintain networking solutions , including firewalls, routing, and switching.
- Oversee SharePoint troubleshooting and migrations , ensuring smooth transitions.
- Implement virtualization solutions using Hyper-V and VMware, ensuring scalable and reliable infrastructure.
- Install and maintain security tools , following procedures and policies to ensure compliance and protect client environments.
- Conduct network assessments and provide actionable recommendations to improve infrastructure and security.
