Schedule : M-F (5x10s)

Pay Rate : Up to $38 / hr.

Location : Taylor TX

Position Type : Full-Time

Principal Duties and Responsibilities : .

• Provide administrative support to site leadership and project teams.
• Coordinate meetings prepare agendas and document minutes.
• Manage and organize project documentation including RFIs submittals and change orders.
• Assist with onboarding and access control for new team members and subcontractors.
• Maintain office supplies equipment and general workspace organization.
• Support scheduling travel arrangements and expense reporting.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
• Serve as liaison between internal departments and external vendors.
