Collaborate with client personnel in Business Execution.Incident Triage and Analysis : Monitor and assess incoming incident reports to determine severity and impact. Conduct initial analysis to identify potential root causes and impact on operations.Incident Response and Resolution : Respond promptly to incidents according to established protocols and procedures. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve incidents efficiently and effectively.Documentation and Reporting : Maintain detailed records of incident details, response actions, and resolutions. Generate incident reports and communicate status updates to relevant stakeholders.Escalation and Coordination : Escalate incidents to higher-level support or management as necessary. Collaborate with senior incident management personnel for complex or critical incidents.Preventive Measures : Participate in the development and implementation of preventive measures to mitigate future incidents. Contribute to the improvement of incident response processes and workflows.
