A company is looking for a Technical Program Manager to lead cross-functional technical initiatives in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
Manage SOC2 and HITRUST certified data delivery processes and lead cross-functional technical programs
Establish delivery standards and provide clear communication of progress and risks across teams
Optimize engineering operations tooling and design automated workflows to enhance efficiency
Qualifications
5+ years of experience in technical program or project management in SaaS or similar environments
Strong systems-thinking capability with experience in orchestrating complex, multi-team technical programs
Hands-on expertise with Agile methodologies and tools, particularly Jira administration
Familiarity with HIPAA, SOC 2, and HITRUST requirements affecting engineering workflows
Experience with workflow automation platforms and familiarity with AI / ML pipelines and cloud platforms
