Customer Service Representative / Customer Service Associate
Perform a variety of duties to provide existing and potential customers with efficient and accurate services.
Explain the different types of accounts available to customers and assist in the selection of the most appropriate one for their needs.
Open personal or business accounts and prepare all related documentation.
Assist customer with requests or complaints and research account problems.
Assist customer to reconcile checkbook.
Complete necessary forms for customers to have their checks directly deposited.
Transfer funds to various accounts.
Processing all customer transactions.
Cross-sell the bank's services.
Make recommendations to supervisor about possible methods to improve the department.
Activate new work procedures and systems to accomplish planning and bank development objectives more efficiently.
Responsible to the Head Teller for the fulfillment of functions and responsibilities.
Will have extensive contact with customers and the public, and is to conduct relationships in a manner that will enhance the overall marketing effort of the bank.
Will be called upon from time to time to participate with community organizations and in community projects.
