As a Patrol Unarmed Officer with Allied Universal, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas within a dynamic tech and media environment. Your presence will help to deter security-related incidents while you provide outstanding customer service and clear communication. What You'll Do

Provide customer service by carrying out security-related procedures, adhering to site-specific policies, and responding to emergencies as appropriate.

Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, supporting a secure environment for personnel and visitors.

Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the location, including both the business interior and perimeter, to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify potential concerns.

Maintain detailed logs and reports of activities, incidents, and / or any unusual occurrences during patrols.

Communicate professionally with employees, visitors, and contractors, addressing questions and / or concerns related to security-related matters.

Collaborate with Allied Universal team members and local management to address security-related needs unique to a technology and media environment.

Follow established procedures for access control, visitor management, and / or emergency response protocols as required at the location.

Minimum Requirements

A guard card or license is preferred.

CPR and / or First Aid certification is preferred.

Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.

Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
