What You'll Do

Qualifications

• MD or DO degree from an accredited medical institution.
• Completion of an accredited residency in Family Medicine.

Credentials

• Board-certified in Family Medicine.
• Current or eligible for an active Washington medical license.
• Preferred certifications in BLS and ACLS.
