The Specialty Pharmacy Manager, Ambulatory Pharmacy will support an ambulatory Pharmacy Department embedded within a hospital designated as a Stroke Center and Cardiac Center, complemented by a strong orthopedics program, enabling seamless specialty medication access, transitions of care, and multidisciplinary collaboration across complex outpatient populations.

The Specialty Pharmacy Manager, Ambulatory Pharmacy will report to a Director of Pharmacy within an integrated service line, receive robust operational and clinical support, partner with friendly nurses and a diverse team of physicians, APPs, therapists, and care coordinators, and oversee responsibilities spanning specialty program growth, accreditation readiness, clinical quality metrics, financial stewardship, patient access optimization, staff development, and service excellence.
