The Corrugated Machine Operator is responsible for troubleshooting, repairing and upgrading a variety of industrial machines and equipment in our corrugated box manufacturing facility to include corrugator, boiler, conveyors, and various converting machines. ( This is meant to be a guide. Duties may vary dependent upon management.)

Essential Position Functions :

• Sets up and operates machine to corrugate paperboard to form corrugated paperboard material for containers.
• Positions rolls of paperboard on machine feed rack.
• Inserts paperboard through feed, tension, corrugating and gluing rollers.
• Fills glue reservoirs as needed.
• Stack product in accordance with production master.
• Monitor quality of boxes and report quality issues to Supervisor immediately.
• Ensure correct bundle and unit counts.
• Complete any necessary reports in an accurate and timely manner.
• Ensure proper placement of unit tags and cover sheets and correct stacking patterns.
• Comply with all company policies and procedures, including safety and maintaining good housekeeping.
• Other duties as required.
