Job Summary

Join our Program Management Office (PMO) in Menomonee Falls, WI! This is a paid summer college intern opportunity in our PMO organization. PMO interns work closely with and assist staff with various assignments. The summer intern program consists of 10-12 weeks of hands-on, real world experience in a career development environment. Participation in the intern program gives preference for future semesters as an intern / co-op within DRS Naval Power Systems. A typical student will participate in 2+ semesters as an intern / co-op at DRS throughout their junior and senior years.

What You Will Do

• Carry out basic work instructions that will help in understanding the fundamentals of the Company and allow you to learn new things
• Gather and assemble data with and for Program Managers and the Program Management team
• Observe customer requirements and learn more about how DRS supports the customer and our Navy partners
• May be required to help in research in a particular field
• Perform a wide variety of tasks to gain familiarity with the Programs staff, methods, programs and practices
• Work cross-functionally to understand how program activity and our customers impact our organization and facility
