Are you a passionate educator ready to make a significant impact in the aerospace industry ? Spherion Staffing is seeking MULTIPLE motivated and dynamic Instructors to join the Training Department at a leading aerospace facility in the greater Seattle area.

We are looking for individuals, including Military Veterans , who are eager to empower aerospace employees with the essential skills needed for success in manufacturing and production.

Prior Aerospace experience is not required. Technical and mechanical skills are 'nice-to-have' assets for this role.

The Role : Aerospace Instructor

You will be the key driver in delivering engaging, hands-on training programs centered on aerospace manufacturing systems. Your expertise will cover vital areas such as :

• Electrical installations
• Mechanical skills and assembly
• Sealant application techniques
• Environmental Health and Safety (EHS)

Are you experienced in mechanical, electrical, sealing, or welding? We’re looking for hands-on professionals to join our team as Assessors . You’ll be responsible for evaluating projects that simulate actual aircraft systems and components.

Pay offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors including the candidate's education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc. In addition, Spherion offers a comprehensive benefits package, including health, and an incentive and recognition program (all benefits are based on eligibility).
