Are you ready to launch your career in finance? We're seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Jr. Financial Analyst to join our team in Brampton, ON. This is an excellent opportunity for an early-career professional who wants to gain hands-on experience in financial analysis, reporting, and project support within a dynamic engineering and design environment.

What a day at EXP has in store for you

• Compiling and analyzing financial statements, ensuring accuracy for internal and external reporting.
• Investigating differences between actual, budgeted, and prior-period results, identifying trends and areas for improvement in project financials.
• Ensuring adherence to accounting standards (GAAP, IFRS) and regulatory requirements specific to engineering projects.
• Contributing to forecasts and budgets, providing financial context for large-scale engineering projects.
• Analyzing project-specific financial data to assess profitability, costs, and resource allocation.
• Preparing reports and analyses for senior management to support decision-making on investments, project viability, and financial planning.

The salary range for this role is between $60K - $70K. The actual compensation packages are based on several factors that are unique to each candidate, including but not limited to skill set, depth of experience, certifications, and specific work location.
