Purpose of Role

The Pilates School Faculty is responsible for delivering high-quality Pilates instruction to students, ensuring a comprehensive understanding of classical Pilates techniques and principles.

The Pilates School Faculty contributes directly to the educational goals of the Pilates School by fostering a supportive and effective learning environment.

Key Responsibilities :

• Instruction : Deliver engaging and informative Pilates classes to students, adapting teaching methods to meet diverse learning needs.
• Curriculum Development : Collaborate with the Program Director to develop and refine the Pilates curriculum.
• Student Assessment : Evaluate student progress and provide constructive feedback to support their physical development, and matriculation through the Pilates School Program.
• Professional Development : Participate in ongoing training and workshops to enhance teaching skills and stay updated with industry trends.
• Administrative Duties : Maintain accurate daily SOAP notes and engage in administrative projects that contribute to the school's vision to be the premiere classical education-driven school of practice.

Working Conditions

This is a full-time position based in San Francisco with standard working hours. Occasional weekend or evening classes may be required.
