Senior Credit & Collections Specialist

A company is looking for a Senior Credit & Collections Specialist to manage and resolve complex customer accounts.

Key Responsibilities :

Analyze and manage complex and high-value delinquent accounts

Communicate with customers to resolve payment discrepancies and negotiate payment plans

Partner with internal stakeholders to resolve account issues and provide updates to leadership

Required Qualifications :

Typically requires 5+ years of related experience

Proficiency with MS Office products including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Teams

Experience in corporate credit and collections is preferred

Strong understanding of finance principles and practices

Prior negotiation experience is advantageous
