A company is looking for an Equity & Compensation Analyst to support its compensation and equity functions.
Key Responsibilities
Develop analytics for compensation strategy and conduct market benchmarking to ensure competitive pay structures
Manage compensation structures, document policies, ensure compliance with laws, and streamline data management
Coordinate employee equity grants and prepare reports for senior leadership while maintaining accurate records of equity transactions
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Finance, Business Administration, or related field; advanced degree or certification is a plus
3+ years of professional experience, including 2+ years in compensation and equity administration or analytical reporting
Strong proficiency with compensation benchmarking tools, HRIS systems, and advanced Excel skills
Prior experience administering equity programs using platforms like Shareworks is preferred
Demonstrated ability to synthesize complex data into actionable insights
