Hot ASAP Need NP/PA-Geriatric Primary Care IN-Home/Telehealth Cerritos, CA

NP/PA-Geriatric

• Mon Fri 8-5pm ; on-call rotation
• Geriatric Primary Care
• Telehealth Visits when not in Home for Cerritos office
• DEA/BLS required
• Reliable transportation Required
• Malpractice Paid
• Paid Weekly
• Participate in On-Call rotation which includes after hours telephonic support a 3-4 times per month.
• 2+ years of experience in home-based services, complex cases, and hospice and/or palliative care is preferred; some bedside hospital, oncology, ER or ICU experience is highly preferred.
