Bilingual Loan Officer Assistant

A company is looking for a Bilingual Loan Officer Assistant to support high-producing Loan Officers in the mortgage lending process.

Key Responsibilities :

Review mortgage applications for accuracy and completeness

Conduct welcome calls and maintain proactive communication with clients throughout the loan process

Collect, verify, and organize borrower documentation and perform income analysis

Required Qualifications :

Fluency in both Spanish and English

2+ years of experience in the mortgage industry

Proficient experience with loan origination software (Encompass preferred)

Extensive knowledge of loan origination and underwriting processes

Familiarity with FHA, VA, Conventional, and Non-QM loan programs
