Menno Haven is seeking a PRN Household Team Membersto join our team! Household Team Members in our Memory Care Houses provide care, support and assistance to the residents which includes but is not limited to : ADL's, dining, housekeeping and programming. Our Household Team Members work collaboratively to create a home-like environment and encourage resident involvement. The Memory Care Homes at Menno Haven are designed for individuals who may have dementia and are in need of a safe, secure, family-centered environment.

Qualifications :

• High School Diploma or GED, required
• Active CNA license in PA, preferred
• Current CPR certified, required
• Prior experience in a healthcare setting or senior living, highly desirable
• Ability to promote and maintain a positive attitude
• Must be a self-starter, able to work on a team and alone
