The Behavioral Health RN will provide care for patients with various mental health disorders, focusing on creating a safe and therapeutic environment. The RN will employ de-escalation techniques, medication administration, and crisis intervention as necessary, while ensuring effective management of assaultive behavior and suicidal tendencies.
