**Key Qualifications:**
- Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field.
- 2+ years of experience with process control systems / controls engineering.
- Proficient in PLC/HMI programming and control panel design.
- Experience with platforms like Wonderware, Rockwell, FactoryTalk, and Siemens.
- Strong skills in specifying instrumentation and developing system specifications.
- Effective communication and team collaboration skills.
- Flexibility to work both in the field and office environments. - Experience working for a control systems integration / controls engineering firm preferred.
