A company is looking for a Program Manager to oversee the implementation of a school-based service model and manage a team of AmeriCorps members.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and develop a team of AmeriCorps members, providing coaching and feedback to ensure professional growth
Build and maintain partnerships with school administration and community stakeholders to support service objectives
Ensure program fidelity by monitoring service quality, collecting data, and leading after-school programming
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience
2-6 years of work experience, with at least 1 year in a management role
Proven ability to develop diverse talent and hold teams accountable for performance goals
Experience in managing competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
Passion for service and familiarity with educational settings is a plus
