Key Responsibilities
Develop and maintain strong client relationships to support revenue growth and retention
Act as a client advocate to ensure quality service delivery and identify expansion opportunities
Guide and support a team of account managers in client retention and project oversight
Required Qualifications
Experience in client services roles with a successful track record in managing business relationships
Background in team leadership or mentoring
Experience in the IT or technology services industry
Consultative approach with business development skills in client services
Good level of English
