Sales Analyst

Join us as a Sales Analyst and play a key role in coordinating proposal activity, strengthening internal and external partnerships, and driving effective sales and marketing efforts within our Retirement Plans organization.
What You’ll Do
Proposal Management
You’ll be at the heart of our proposal process—applying underwriting knowledge and sound business judgment to recommend plan designs, product options, and census requirements. Your work directly shapes the quality and competitiveness of new and in-force proposals.
Relationship Building
Work closely with producers, underwriters, sales representatives, and account managers. You’ll build strong, reliable relationships that help the sales process move smoothly and efficiently.
Workload Management
Handle a high-volume workload—approximately 100 proposals per month during peak periods—while maintaining exceptional accuracy and organization.
Training & Development
Engage in role-specific training that strengthens your skills and supports your career growth.
