Position Overview :
We are seeking an experienced Enterprise Account Executive to lead the charge in building and expanding our sales pipeline. As the first dedicated Enterprise AE, you'll play a pivotal role in driving our growth within small to large enterprises, helping us navigate complex sales cycles, and shaping our go-to-market strategy. You will work directly with our leadership team to build our go-to-market strategy from ground up.
This is a high-impact, high-visibility role offering significant ownership and autonomy. You'll collaborate cross-functionally with our product, operations and leadership teams, working closely with founders to drive top of the funnel, and fun full cycle sales processes. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, innovative environment and is eager to work at the forefront of Robotics and AI.
Key Responsibilities :
- Drive the entire sales process from lead generation to contract closure, focusing on client retention, renewals, upsells, and overall satisfaction. Maintain an active and healthy sales pipeline .
- Understand customer needs and effectively communicate how our product provides solutions. Proactively reach out to potential clients and schedule introductory calls.
- Continuously track, analyze, and improve sales campaigns and processes.
- Work closely with internal teams to achieve customer business outcomes and establish efficient processes that support the company's evolving needs.
- Develop strong, long-term relationships with senior executives and technical contacts.
- Create and articulate compelling value propositions that highlight the benefits of our product.
- Collaborate with the support team to ensure seamless communication and assistance for customers before and after sales.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction throughout the sales and post-sales journey.
Qualifications :
5+ years of proven experience in enterprise sales, business development, or a related role.Demonstrated ability to achieve sales targets and manage the full sales cycle.Ability to build strong relationships with clients at all levels.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Ability to identify and solve customer problems.Experience using CRM software to manage sales data and track progress.A strong focus on meeting customer needs and providing excellent service.A highly motivated and results-oriented individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment.Preferred Qualifications :
Demonstrated track record of working effectively with cross-functional stakeholders.Ability to prepare and deliver financial reports to customers.Experience working in a startup environment is a plus.Experience in the robotics and / or AI industry is highly desirable.Benefits :
