Zoox is seeking an Enterprise Data Governance Analyst to help establish consistent, trusted, and well-managed data across the organization. You will strengthen Zoox’s data foundations by ensuring that data is high-quality, well-defined, secure, and usable for engineering, business, and AI / ML teams.

In this role, you will :

• Maintain and evolve Zoox’s Enterprise Business Glossary, ensuring clear definitions, ownership, and alignment across systems and teams
• Partner with BizApps, PLM, AI / ML, Safety, and Engineering to validate terms, resolve definition gaps, and maintain semantic consistency
• Document business rules, data standards, metadata requirements, and critical data elements to support enterprise governance
• Support data quality initiatives by identifying issues, analyzing root causes, and helping define remediation approaches
• Contribute to evaluating Zoox’s Databricks environment to understand current capabilities and opportunities for governance at scale
• Maintain governance documentation, procedures, and workflows while supporting working groups and cross-team communications

Base Salary Range

There are three major components to compensation for this position : salary, Amazon Restricted Stock Units (RSUs), and Zoox Stock Appreciation Rights. A sign-on bonus may be offered as part of the compensation package. The listed range applies only to the base salary. Compensation will vary based on geographic location and level. Leveling, as well as positioning within a level, is determined by a range of factors, including, but not limited to, a candidate's relevant years of experience, domain knowledge, and interview performance. The salary range listed in this posting is representative of the range of levels Zoox is considering for this position.
