Your Day-to-Day Responsibilities :

Travel between client homes in Suffolk, Portsmouth, Virginia Beach, Norfolk, Chesapeake, and Hampton

Fill in for care shifts between 9 AM 5 PM, Monday through Friday

Mentor and support fellow caregivers in the field

Provide personal care : bathing, grooming, toileting, dressing, and feeding

Light housekeeping and laundry

Prepare meals and assist with dietary needs

Medication reminders and documentation

Offer companionship and emotional support

Support families with safe caregiving techniques

Assist with new client transitions and special care assignments as directed

What Youll Need to Succeed :

Valid drivers license and reliable transportation (travel required)

At least 1 year of caregiving experience (PCA / CNA / NA)

Confidence working independently in diverse settings

Professionalism, flexibility, and compassion

Excellent communication and teamwork skills
