A company is looking for an Insurance Account Specialist to handle routine insurance tasks and ensure quality service delivery.
Key Responsibilities
Respond to customer inquiries and complete routine insurance tasks in the Agency Management System
Support Sr. Specialists and Account Managers by processing service-related issues and collaborating with offshore teams
Independently operate client systems and document work in the client / company database
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in Business, Risk Management, Insurance, or equivalent
Property and Casualty License highly preferred or ability to obtain it within the first 30 days of employment
2-3 years of insurance experience in various lines
Technological proficiency in navigating client and internal systems
Must reside within the Mountain or Pacific Time Zone
