Job Summary
We are seeking dynamic Staff or Senior Accountants to join an established HOA management company. The ideal candidate will have experience in HOA or property management, but we're also open to candidates from other industries such as construction, manufacturing, or business services.
You'll manage a diverse portfolio of HOAs, handling everything from large associations to smaller ones, using both cash and accrual accounting methods. Strong general ledger expertise, journal entry posting, balance sheet reconciliations, and financial statement production are key. Experience with ERPs is required. Excellent Excel skills, including pivot tables and VLOOKUPs, are essential. This position is fully in office to start.
