Payroll & Billing Specialist

We are seeking a Payroll & Billing Specialist to join our growing internal team. The primary responsibilities are the support of all payroll and billing needs for multiple branches. This role ensures accurate, timely, and compliant processing while partnering closely with internal staff and clients.

Essential Duties

• Process payroll on a daily basis and ensure accuracy.
• Process billing on a daily basis with complete accuracy.
• Follow established Nesco guidelines, policies, and procedures for payroll processing and balancing across branches.
• Gather, organize, and enter payroll data accurately and on time.
• Ensure reports are balanced and records are properly maintained.
• Perform weekly and monthly billing processing for assigned branches.
• Process client invoices based on specific customer requests.
• Initiate and create debit and credit memos as needed.
• Investigate invoice discrepancies and provide proper resolutions.
• Review payroll reports to detect and correct errors.
• Comply with all Nesco Resource safety guidelines and procedures.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
