Job Description

• Position is 3p to 11p
• Operates equipment to move finished product for shipping or storage
• Supplies Manufacturing Department with materials as needed
• Stages product to be moved or shipped
• Racks unused supplies and maintains an inventory of type, amount and location of items
• Transports and process manufacturing paper by-products
• Empties trash hoppers and performs other housekeeping duties as needed
• Performs routine daily inspections on hoist and assures maintenance needs are reported
• May include battery service duties such as inspecting, recharging and replacing batteries of electrical leads and battery poles and lubricating truck's moving parts
• May include changing LP / Propane
• Adheres to and promotes all safety policies and procedures including, but not limited to the proper handling of hazardous waste, lock out-tag out rules and hearing and eye protection policies
• Performs other related duties and participates in special projects as assigned

All your information will be kept confidential according to EEO guidelines. The salary range for this role at the noted RRD location is $17.50 - $18.50 / hour. Starting pay decisions are determined based on multiple factors including but not limited to relevant education, qualifications, skills, experience, certifications, proficiency, performance, shift, location, and other business needs. Typically, roles follow step progressions to a target rate or set increments over time. Depending on the role, in addition to the hourly rate of pay, the total compensation package may also include overtime, shift differential, call-in, and / or stand-by pay.
