Key Responsibilities
Act as a Tier 2 escalation point for advanced customer issues
Lead support efforts for critical customers and coordinate with Customer Success Managers
Mentor and train new team members while proactively improving support processes
Required Qualifications
5+ years of experience supporting complex, Linux-based enterprise software applications
5+ years of experience with Kafka, Kubernetes, and Docker components
5+ years of SQL experience, including constructing complex statements in MariaDB / MySQL
5+ years of Linux administration experience, including scripting capabilities
5+ years of networking experience, including familiarity with firewalls and routers
