A company is looking for a Senior Technical Support Engineer Lead - Tier 2.
Key Responsibilities
Independently triage and resolve complex Tier 2 cases
Lead root cause analysis and corrective action planning
Collaborate cross-functionally to resolve customer-impacting issues
Required Qualifications
Minimum of five years in a related position
Proven experience with .NET, MVC, and C#
Experience in web technologies including MSSQL, WCF, and JavaScript
Experience in diagnosing code-related issues and memory dump analysis
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, IT, or Telecommunications preferred
