A company is looking for an Associate, Individual Philanthropy to provide administrative support to the Individual Philanthropy team.
Key Responsibilities
Support the Vice President with scheduling, meeting preparation, and follow-up
Manage the major gifts acknowledgment letter process and maintain CRM data integrity
Coordinate donor events and assist with fundraising collateral preparation
Required Qualifications
Prior experience in an administrative support role within a nonprofit fundraising or development team
Demonstrated experience in professional writing and data analysis
Technical proficiency with database management (CRM)
Ability to manage schedules, meetings, and multi-step projects effectively
Experience in planning and executing donor events with attention to detail
