About the Role

A Japanese IT company providing a wide range of technology servicesincluding system development, software solutions, and website productionis seeking an IT Support Engineer to join its growing team.

This role is well-suited for entry-level candidates who are eager to build a career in IT infrastructure and network engineering. You will work in a supportive, team-oriented environment and gain hands-on experience with servers, networks, and client support while receiving on-the-job training.

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform maintenance and basic administration of servers, workstations, and network environments
  • Monitor network and system performance and assist with troubleshooting connectivity or hardware issues
  • Provide IT support remotely and through on-site visits to client locations as needed
  • Collaborate with internal engineers and communicate technical issues clearly to clients

    • Qualifications

  • Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
  • Japanese / English bilingual (business-level communication required)
  • Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, etc.)
  • Strong willingness to learn, positive attitude, and proactive mindset

    • Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience working in a Windows-based environment
  • Basic knowledge or interest in network security concepts
  • Experience with server administration or IT infrastructure support
  • Familiarity with troubleshooting hardware, network, or system-related issues
  • Training and on-the-job support will be provided. Motivated candidates are welcome to apply even if they do not have prior professional experience.
  • Open to potential relocation to Atlanta is a plus! (optional)
