Dodge Construction Network (Dodge) is looking for a Planning Data Specialist III (Central). This position oversees an assigned territory with responsibilities of building and maintaining relationships with key industry professionals including owners, architects, general contractors, and construction managers, and conducting research in their assigned territory to successfully secure project data. This is a full-time position and reports directly to the Manager, Planning Team.
Preferred Location and Expected Work Hours:
This is a remote, home-office role and candidates must be located in our Central Region that includes the following states: AL, AR, FL, IL, IN, KY, LA, MI, MS, OH, TN, TX, or WI. There is preference to hire in the Columbus, OH area. Ability to work Monday-Friday 8:00-5:00 Central time zone.
Travel Requirements:
Expected travel is 5% for this role.

Salary Disclosure:
Salary range: $44,000-$54,500 This represents the expected salary range for this job requisition. Final offers may vary from the amount listed based on factors including geography, candidate experience and expertise, and other job-related factors. Dodge Construction Network's compensation and rewards package for full time roles includes a market competitive salary, comprehensive benefits, and, for applicable roles, uncapped commissions plans or an annual discretionary performance bonus.
