[job_card.job_description]Foster relationships with clients through companionship and compassionate caregiving. Assist with meal preparation and perform light housekeeping duties. Provide personal care services, including assistance with grooming, bathing, restroom use, and managing incontinence. Fast job placement for qualified candidates. Dedicated support from our passionate team, available 24 / 7. Leverage our industry-leading mobile app for real-time updates on client needs, schedule management, and earnings tracking. Minimum of three professional references Willing and able to work at least two shifts every weekend with the same client(s) to provide consistent care and build strong relationships Have basic English speaking, reading, and writing abilities (Bilingual or multilingual individuals are encouraged to apply) Complete any necessary compliance, license, or registration requirements Weekends Part-time Healthcare
We are seeking caregivers who are excited to support seniors with their daily needs on weekends . We have immediate openings available on Saturdays and Sundays that would be perfect for anyone looking to make a difference in the life of a senior while working around school, family, or another job.

Job Description
We call our caregivers Care Professionals (Care Pros) because they are true experts at helping older adults live better lives. They play a key role in our mission by building real, caring relationships and providing kind care that helps our clients stay healthy, safe, and happy at home.

Working with us is not only rewarding, but we also offer good pay, benefits for those that qualify, and a schedule that works for you.
Pay & Benefits
- $15.00$16.00 / hr, plus $1 / hr for weekend visits
- Opportunity to earn up to $18.00 / hr after your first 8 weeks
- Weekly pay with direct deposit
- Health, Dental, and Vision insurance + 401(k) match (eligibility applies)
- Paid holidays (1.5x pay) and sick leave accrual
- $700 caregiver referral bonus
- Paid training and continuing education opportunities
- Mileage reimbursement for travel between same-day visits
- Weekend visits start between Saturday 12 : 01AM and Sunday 11 : 59PM
- To be considered for the wage increase, you must meet Honor's requirements as a driver (valid U.S. drivers' license and clean driving record), have more than 6 months of paid / professional caregiving experience, work 20 visits in your first 8 weeks of employment, and remain in good standing with Honor. The $18.00 is for select regions and applies to weekend shifts with high transfer clients
