We're here to transform the American industrial sector and we need folks who share that get-stuff-done mentality. Build end-to-end : Architect the platform foundation that powers client solutions. Design data ingestion pipelines that handle any format our field team encounters—from standard CSVs to obscure AS / 400 exports to real-time SAM.gov feeds. Your infrastructure automatically scales field innovations into platform capabilities serving thousands of manufacturers and distributors. Develop features at lightning speed : spin up new workflows (like email ingestion) and create intuitive dashboards so manufacturers can bid on multi-million-dollar contracts in a few clicks. Ship daily : code, test, iterate, repeat. speed is everything Full ownership : front-end, back-end, devops—you'll wear all the hats and solve all the problems. Full-stack : you're comfortable jumping between front-end and back-end architecture. We value speed of learning over past experience Thrives on Intensity : slow, easy projects bore the hell out of you. Scrappy / Problem Solver : you are not above rolling up your sleeves and doing boring tasks if that's what it takes. When facing larger problems, you won't always know the answer — but you'll work your ass off to find a solution. On the Ground in SF : you're ready to be here in person working at our HQ, building a solution that could reshape an entire industry.
