A company is looking for a Google Workspace Support Engineer.
Key Responsibilities
Support 60+ clients across Google Workspace and GCP, ensuring quality onboarding and support experiences
Update knowledge bases and produce quality support metrics for client domains and the Technical Support team
Collaborate with various teams to enhance client experiences and contribute to client Quarterly Business Review meetings
Required Qualifications
Minimum 5 years of experience in public cloud provider environments, preferably Google Workspace and GCP
2+ years of experience configuring and administering SaaS applications
2+ years of experience managing distributed global support teams
Experience in designing and delivering support metrics dashboards and reports
Bachelor's Degree preferred
