  • Location : Saratoga Springs, NY 12866 (Upstate New York healthcare jobs)\n
  • Assignment Length : 13 weeks (Start : 12 / 8 / 2025 – End : 3 / 7 / 2026)\n
  • Shift : 12-hour nights (7 : 00 PM – 7 : 30 AM)\n
  • Hours per Week : 36 guaranteed\n
  • Estimated Weekly Salary : $1840-$1980\n
  • Employment Type : Travel Registered Nurse\n
  • On-Site Position \n
  • Weekend / Holiday : Every other weekend and holiday required\n

    • \n\nICU RN Qualifications\n \n

  • Minimum 3 years of recent ICU nursing experience\n
  • Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in New York State\n
  • Current Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certifications\n
  • Proficiency with hypothermia protocols, balloon pumps, and pulmonary artery lines\n
  • EPIC charting experience required\n
  • Available to work through the holidays\n
  • Successful completion of on-site, timed ECG exam (study materials provided)\n
  • Physical exam required prior to start\n
  • Flu vaccination required (medical or religious documentation needed 10 days before start)\n
  • County Restrictions : Candidates cannot reside in the following NY counties : Warren, Washington, Fulton, Montgomery, Rensselaer, Saratoga, Schenectady, Columbia, Greene, Dutchess, Ulster, Albany\n
  • At least 1 year of experience required\n

    • \n\nICU Nurse Responsibilities\n \n

  • Deliver high-quality, compassionate care to critically ill patients in the Intensive Care Unit\n
  • Monitor and manage patients with advanced cardiac and respiratory support devices\n
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams to develop and implement patient care plans\n
  • Utilize EPIC for accurate and timely clinical documentation\n
  • Participate in ongoing education and complete required ECG exam upon arrival\n
  • Maintain compliance with facility policies, including vaccination and physical requirements\n
  • Work every other weekend and holiday as scheduled\n
